Riverside House On Course To Welcome First Residents
The first students are set to move into Riverside House, the newest luxury accommodation serving Manchester and Salford’s student population.
September 16 is the date set for the completion of the building and when the first residents will be able to move into their state-of-the-art halls of residence.
Riverside House is the first major student accommodation building to be delivered by Portergate Property Holdings and is a purpose-built hotel-class scheme with 242 en-suite bed and study rooms.
