Plans have been submitted to build a luxury riverfront apartment scheme (pictured) on the banks of the River Irwell in Salford.
Portergate Developments has lodged the ambitious proposals with Salford City Council. The £9m investment project forms the second phase of the Riverside House development on Blackfriars Road and St Simon Street.
The company is seeking permission to create 45 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments along with a convenience store and a first-floor café on the vacant site, which backs onto St Simon Street between Broughton Bridge and Trinity Way.
