Preston Phase Ia – Café Faba
As part of the already-established Friargate Court, Portergate built a specialised coffee shop unit integrated into the accommodation itself but still retained its visibility on the main street leading into Preston City Centre. This will enable us to not limit the footfall of this forward-thinking retail development.
This is currently at design stage and we are proposing several different fit-out schemes in order create the most stylish yet efficient coffee shop possible.
